1. What the site is for

GoldInvesting publishes general information about buying, owning and selling gold, live reference prices and free calculators. It’s for education. It isn’t investment, tax or legal advice; see the disclaimer.

2. Prices and calculators

Spot prices come from a third-party feed and may be delayed or wrong. They aren’t offers to buy or sell. Calculator results are estimates from the numbers you enter. Rely on a written quote from a dealer before you trade.

3. Accuracy

We work to keep every page accurate and dated, but rules, products, fees and prices change. We don’t promise that every page is complete or current on the day you read it.

4. Other websites and paid links

We link to websites we don’t control, including companies that pay us. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and your dealings with them are between you and them. How we’re paid explains our paid links.

5. Our content

Text, tools, images and design on this site belong to Barcelia LLC unless credited otherwise. Gold price history is World Bank data under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, and photographs credited to the United States Mint are in the public domain. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please don’t copy whole pages or tools.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site at scale, interfere with its security, or use it to break the law.

7. No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Barcelia LLC isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it.

9. Indemnity

If you misuse the site and that leads to a claim against Barcelia LLC, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Barcelia LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
