What to write to us about

• A figure, rule or link on the site that looks wrong or out of date. Tell us the page and, if you can, your source.
• A question one of our guides should answer and doesn’t.
• A calculator that gives an answer you didn’t expect.
• Anything that’s hard to read or use. See accessibility.

What we can’t help with

We can’t give personal investment, tax or legal advice, and we don’t buy or sell gold. Questions about an account, an order or a shipment should go to the dealer, custodian or depository you dealt with.

If someone contacts you claiming to be us

We never phone readers, never ask for money, account numbers or passwords, and never sell gold. Any call, text or email that says it’s from GoldInvesting and asks for any of those isn’t from us. Hang up, don’t click the link, and let us know at the address above. You can also report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
